Founded in December 2013 by Pardingtone Nhundu, Careers Zimbabwe is an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to empowering Zimbabwe's youth and professionals with the career guidance they deserve.
We are the only organisation in Zimbabwe recognised by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) of the USA — recipients of the NCDA Non-Profit Exemplary Career Center Award, the highest honour in career development.
